PA34 WDD– Crease Dyer- Total rehab of (6) townhome units and additional (5) unit rehab at two locations. Included adding one fully Compliant ADA unit with an elevator.
Regent Street Penn Rose properties– Capital improvements of 80 units.
Mantua Supported Living– New Construction of a 10 unit multi-family building with a fully compliant ADA unit.
Melon Supported Living– New construction of a 10 unit multi-family building with a fully compliant ADA unit.
Powelton Gardens– Full gut rehab of 16 units including 8 fully compliant ADA units and chair lift.
Dittman Street Project– Full gut rehab of 34 units including 12 fully compliant ADA units and a Hearing Visual Unit
Chandler Street Project– HUD rehab of a 6 unit apartment complex with a fully compliant ADA unit.
17-1507 Gratz St– Rehab of 40 units in 29 total buildings. LEED project. Added a fully compliant ADA unit. Project was awarded Platinum LEED certification.
LIH Walnut St Project– Rehab of 32 units in 6 buildings. LEED project. Added 3 fully conpliant ADA units. Awarded Platinum/Gold LEED certification.
Legacy Project– Rehab of 139 units in Northeast Philadelphia. LIHTC Grant. Added 5 fully compliant ADA units. Enterprise Green community requirements. Project was part of a HUD Energy Grant and was a PHFA Funded Project.
Westminster SIL– Demolition of existing structure and oversaw construction of 7 new fully accessible units in Philadelphia. LEED Platinum Project, Enterprise Community requirements and HUD requirements.
Bordentown Senior Apartments: Oversaw the total rehab of an abandoned 25,000 square foot shirt factory that was built in 1880 and added a 25,000 square foot addition to the existing structure that became part of a 48 unit apartment complex for Seniors. Building included new elevator, community room, common laundry area and onsite office unit. NJHMFA funded project with historic tax credits. Project was LEED Platinum Certfied, Enterprise Green Community requirements, Energy Star for Homes Version 3. Project was enrolled in NJ Clean Air Program- Energy Efficient Homes Tier 2
Whitehall Veteran Housing (Passive House)– New Construction of a multi-family 50 unit Veterans facility. 50,000 sf building complete with office, common laundry, multi-purpose rooms, exercise room, and 4-stop elevator. Adaptive re-use of an existing old Inn. Passive House, Enterprise Green community requirements and Energy Star for Homes Version 3 requirements.
