I am the President and founder of J Nastasi Construction Group LLC, which I established in 2001. I am a lifelong resident of Gloucester County and reside in Logan Township with my wife Chrissy and our 4 children.

I’ve spent over 25 years in the construction industry in many capacities.  I spent over 20 years with one of Gloucester County’s largest private homebuilders as Project Manager and Vice-President in charge of all phases of construction from the conceptual development stage through the final completion of each home.

In 2001 I started J Nastasi Construction Group LLC with the idea that many prospective homebuyers would see the building of their new home or addition in the same way I did… as a partnership between the builder and the client, rather than just a name and a number with a large builder who rarely took a personal interest in the needs and wants of their buyers. I was right. I am proud to say today that many of the clients whom I have built homes or additions for in the past I now count as good friends. In fact, I would encourage you to contact any of my past customers and ask them about their experience with my company.

I take pride in the fact that I personally oversee the construction of each project I undertake, and therefore limit the number of homes and additions that I take on in any given year so that I can insure that the quality and workmanship standards that I demand are met. Over the last 25 years I have assembled a team of craftsmen and suppliers that meet and exceed those standards, many of whom match my “small company” model for doing business and whose owners take a hands-on approach to getting the job done in an exceptional manner.

I firmly believe that this “partnership” model of building homes starts at the conceptual stage of choosing just the right home to fit your needs and continues through till long after you get settled into your home, including exceptional warranty attention and service.
